We bring utility-scale power development discipline to sites a fraction of the size, and design for the second phase before the first one is built.

  1. Phase 1

    Grid + storage

    An interconnection sized to what the utility can reliably deliver, paired with on-site battery storage engineered to manage curtailment and ramping.

  2. Phase 2 / 3

    Pre-engineered expansion

    The electrical architecture, gas interconnection point and site layout are designed up front, so on-site generation can be added later without re-diligencing the site or reworking the core design.

  3. Hand-off

    You build and operate

    We sell a finished, de-risked site to a buyer ready to run the facility and, when it chooses, the power buildout.
